If you feel like your training has stagnated or if you have had a complete loss in emotion for wanting to push further, then remote coaching with 1:1 support may be the missing link you have been looking for.

Not your average online coach

Everyone now is an “online coach” which is why sometimes we dislike using the term! We are different from the run-of-the-mill Instagram coaches and experts that everyone proclaims to be. We take it the whole 9 yards. This is a serious game that requires serious coaches.

Undivided support like no other and attention to detail are of absolute paramount when working online with an athlete. This is exactly why we approach online coaching in a manner that leaves you thinking like the coach is right beside you. We don’t just programme spreadsheets and have a chat every now and then. We empower and develop you as an critical thinking athlete; “why has coach got me doing XYZ?” are the sorts of things we like to see!

Heres how it works:

  1. Let us know // Start by registering your interest by filling out one of our contact forms. Its our aim to build an honest and meaningful relationship, so we will arrange a time to chat and get to know you a little better. We will discuss your objectives, your training history, lifestyle and much more.
  2. Planning and executing // We start to put together a frame-work. A plan designed to be executed with your goals in mind. Initial and continual assessments means for trackable progression.
  3. Training and support // You will be provided with your weekly or monthly programme via Fitbot so you’ll always know exactly what to do. The coach will continually review and assess your videos and progress to make any adjustments necessary with our ongoing support throughout

As this approach to coaching is so personalised, we require a minimum period of 6 months commitment so that the objectives can have a fair chance of running their course. There are only a limited number of clients we can accept for this coaching at any one time. After this, a waiting list will work its course.
