I came across Crusader Strength on Instagram and noticed the “No B.S.” approach to coaching. I liked that immediately and subsequently had a 12-week weightlifting cycle. WOW! Not only have I beaten through (what I thought were impossible) plateaus, but my general strength and athleticism has increased amazingly!
