In an effort to make your experience here as easy as possible, this page will be updated regularly depending on more frequently asked questions.

Q: Is there a contract with monthly memberships?

A: No. You will pro-rated for your first payment. All billing is on the 1st of each month. You can opt-out whenever you like, no contract.

Q: I don't know which coaching service is best suited for me?

A: Use the contact form on our Contact Us page to get in touch. We would love to hear how we can help you.

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in the West Midlands, UK. Our physical, on-site coaching operates out of the most hotly sought after strength and training facility in the county, Black Country Barbell 

Q: Who are the coaches?

A: You can find out more about our coaches using the About Us page.

Q: I have a residual injury that I need to work around...

A: Shouldn't be a problem. Get in touch to talk through the different options we have for you.

Q: What if I am preparing for a competition?

A: We are proud in our history of working with athletes, it's what we do. Feel free to get in touch to find out more. You won't regret it!

Q: Nutrition coaching?

A: We are thankful to work with Dr Emilia Thompson, a PhD qualified nutrition consultant, University lecturer and bikini competitor. You can contact her directly, here or use the contact form on our contact page.

Q: How to cancel monthly memberships

A: A few notes on cancellation:

  • No notice is required, you can cancel whenever you wish
  • As soon as you have cancelled, all Fitbot activity will cease so make sure to save any data or metrics
  • No refunds are to be given once payment has been processed unless mitigating circumstances allow
